AI Box is designed as a local-first appliance: the documents you upload, the indexes created from them, and most query activity stay on the device you control. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights when you visit our website, purchase AI Box, or contact support.

2. What we collect

Website and storefront: When you browse, request a demo, or place an order, we may collect your name, email, organisation, billing and shipping address, phone number, payment information (processed by our payment provider), and order history.

Support: When you contact support, we collect the information you provide, including call logs, emails, WhatsApp messages, and device or licence details needed to help you.

AI Box appliance: We do not routinely collect the documents, queries, or answers processed on your AI Box. Audit logs, backups, and usage data are stored locally on the appliance unless you choose to export them.

3. How we use information

• Process orders, deliver products, issue licences, and provide support.
• Communicate with you about your order, shipping, updates, and support requests.
• Improve the product, diagnose issues, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Sharing and processors

We share information only with trusted service providers needed to operate the business: payment processors, shipping carriers, email and customer-support tools, and our storefront platform. AI Box is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us to delete it.
